Email a document

  1. On the Actions toolbar, click Email Email icon.
  2. Enter the recipient's email address or click To to search for an address.
  3. Enter information in the Subject and Message fields.
  4. Select a delivery option:
    • Document link: Sends an email containing a link to the document in MarkView. Go to step 9.

    • PDF attachment: Generates and sends an email with the document attached in PDF format.

  5. Select the range of pages to email. The default minimum is 1; the default maximum is the total number of pages in the document.
  6. Select the Annotations to appear in the document:
    • Currently visible: Shows the annotations that are currently displayed.

    • All: Shows all (including hidden) annotations available to members of your user groups.

    • None (default): Hides all annotations, except those that are mandatory for the user groups to which you belong.

  7. For Detail Sections, click Select.
  8. From the List of Detail Sections window, select the detail sections to email and click OK.

    Based on your selection, the Detail Sections entry is refreshed as follows:

    • Currently selected: One or more detail sections are selected.

    • All: All detail sections are selected.

    • None: No detail sections are selected.

  9. Click OK to send an email.

Keyboard shortcuts

Move the keyboard focus to the Actions toolbar by pressing Alt+2. Press Tab or Shift+Tab to move the pointer to Email and press Enter or the Spacebar to select the option.
