Forms specify how Verification (or Web Verification) works and what it looks like when you are verifying a specific document type. You need one "form" for each document type. Forms contain panels, which in turn contain controls.
There are different types of forms: one type for the Verification client and another (web forms) for the Web Verification client. Web forms are more limited. They have fewer options and cannot be customized as freely.
Use this procedure to create a form:

Select
> > .Select the document type that the form is being created for. (Without a document type, the form cannot be saved and checked in.)
Select the process step(s) that the form is to be used for. This "activates" the form. (Without a process step, the form is not used during Verification.) The available process steps depend on the
option.Tip: You can also do this separately in the – see dialogAssigning a form to a process step.
Optional: Adjust the font. The font settings apply to all controls in the form that do not have a specified font.
Now there are several ways to proceed:

By default, one "viewer" panel (enabling the Verification user to inspect the document) and one "form" panel (for verifying the extracted ) are generated. These are displayed on separate tabs in the work area. To see them together, click
.Design the form yourself, from scratch:
Deselect . (A form will still be available, but with an empty panel.)
Click
to apply the settings.An empty default panel is displayed in the work area for forms. Add the desired controls to the panel. You can also add extra panels with their own controls. See instructions:

Change the tab order of the controls – optional, but it is recommended to at least check the tab order, since in most cases the controls were not added in the correct order.
Add conditions that affect the appearance of forms at runtime.
After you configure the form, it is recommended that you test it.
