Forms specify how Verification (or Web Verification) works and what it looks like when you are verifying a specific document type. You need one "form" for each document type. Forms contain panels, which in turn contain controls.
Use the below procedure to edit a form that you previously created.

You can add or edit a custom action (see instructions).
Tip 1: Rename a panel by clicking its tab (or by clicking somewhere between the controls of the current panel) and then changing the property (not the property) in the right pane.
Tip 2: Rearrange form panels by dragging and dropping the tabs.
