When a FORMS module crashes, there may be items locked in the form database or set database. Use these commands (in the given order), to try to solve the problem:
Delete processed forms – delete only one form at a time
Delete processed sets – delete only one set at a time
If these procedures do not solve the problem, your database's recovery tools may be useful.
