Assign access permissions for TotalAgility Advanced Studio

By default, the TotalAgility installation user has access to TotalAgility Advanced Studio.

You can grant access to additional resources (groups or worker resources) either by adding the user to the Designers group (see Create a group resource) or by explicitly assigning them access permissions to the Advanced Studio.

  1. Navigate to System > Access settings > Access control list > Advanced Studio.

    The Access control list - Advanced Studio dialog box is displayed.

  2. Click .
  3. On the Name list, select a group or individual to whom to give access permissions.
  4. On the Type list, select either of the access permissions:

    • Has access: Indicates that the specified user has access to the Advanced Studio.
    • Full control: Indicates that the specified user has access to the Advanced Studio and can set and modify access permissions for other resources.

  5. Click Add.

    Assign access permissions to more resources as needed.

  6. Click Save.
