Import Connector enhancements

TotalAgility includes the following Import Connector enhancements.

External message ID

The "External message ID" metadata is added to the MS Graph import source. It contains the message's unique ID from its source, such as MS Graph mailbox. The message ID starts with a source system-specific prefix.

Example: MsGraph.AAMkAD QwMzZhYzlmLW Y3OWUtNDUxMS 04NTc5LWI3YTgxN zMyM2ExNQBGA AAAAABOHSE20 VmwTZbiyyYUgaqA BwBBt21EnkikQoD tTGVe0ONDAABx2i BdAABBt21EnkikQ oDtTGVe0ONDA AFeXgFKAAA=

You can map metadata to variables that are used to populate the message ID in the import source fields, such as From, To, and Subject.

Retry import

The new Retry on import error option in the import sources retries import for configuration, concatenation, timeout, network, application, and other errors. Options are available to reject a message without retrying import when an error occurs, or to reject it after the last import retry.

IAM Assume Role authentication

The IAM Assume Role authentication type can help you connect to an Amazon S3 bucket and access the watched folder without providing your credentials. To make the IAM Assume Role work, ensure that TotalAgility runs on an Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud instance that has an IAM role with necessary permissions attached via an instance profile.
