Known issues

This topic contains information about potential issues you may encounter while using Tungsten TotalAgility 2026.1. Workarounds are provided, as applicable.

2202685	In the Control Panel, the first segment of the version (2026) for the Scan Agent Service and Repository Browser application is truncated to two digits (26). As a result, the version is listed as 26.1.0.0. The same issue occurs after a standard or silent installation when the Reporting Service is installed using Tungsten.Reporting.TAService.msi.
2218300	The Amazon S3 watched folder is deleted automatically if the configured watched folder URL ends with a '/' (forward slash). Example: https://mytestpkbucket.s3.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com/user1/ Workaround: Do not add a '/' when configuring the watched folder URL in the Amazon S3 bucket.
2219816	Multiple jobs are created for a single process if the name of the configured "Processed folder" is not available in the MS Graph mailbox. Workaround: While configuring an import source, ensure that the "Processed folder" name exists and is accessible in the mailbox using the Test mailbox button.
