Log in with recovery codes

In case you do not have your mobile phone available, follow the steps in this topic to log in to Tungsten e-Invoice Connect with the previously configured two-factor authentication.

  1. Enter your login credentials and click Log in.
  2. Click Cannot get a code to enter.
  3. Copy and paste one of the recovery codes that you previously saved on your computer.
  4. Click Verify.
  5. The two-factor authentication recovery page appears. You can now reconfigure your two-factor authentication login option.
    • Yes: See Configure from the login page.

    • No: Continue working without two-factor authentication for the next 14 days.

    • Cancel: Redirects you to the login page. When you log in next time, you are prompted to set up two-factor authentication again.
