- Connection name
-
Type a descriptive and unique name for this connection to TWS.
- Server URL
-
Type the URL of the computer where TWS is running. For non-secure connection, use http://address:port. For a secure connection, use https://address:port. The default address is https://localhost:25082.
The Verify TWS TLS certificate option is enabled when you enter a secure connection URL. Select this option to verify the security certificate of the specified URL.
Make sure that the Use SSL option is selected in the HTTP Settings tab of TCOSS Web Service Configuration to support a secure connection.

- Poll interval
-
Enter a value in seconds how often should KCS - Capture Connector poll TWS for new messages. The default value is 5 seconds. This parameter can take values from "1" to "65535". As long as there are messages in the queue, the poll interval is skipped.
- Max import time
-
Enter the timeout in minutes. This is the maximum time allowed for a message to be imported into Kofax Capture. If the import into Kofax Capture takes more time then configured, then KCS resends the message. The time is counted from the moment the KCS - Capture Connector has queued the message for import. This means that if you have a multi message batch class you should configure a value that is greater than the Batch timeout value. The Confirmation timeout should be in that case Batch timeout + desired confirmation timeout value.
- Operating time
-
Select the check box and set time in hours and minutes if you want to limit the operating time of this connection to TWS.
- Default destination
-
Select the default destination for this connection. You can configure additional destinations used for particular documents via rules.

- If the key "HKLM\Software\Topcall\TCOSS\TimeBase" is set to UTC, then select "UTC" in Time Base in KCS.
- If the key "HKLM\Software\Topcall\TCOSS\TimeBase" is set to LOCAL or if the key does not exist, then select "Local" in Time Base in KCS.
