Email Notifications tab
Use this tab to configure email notifications.
If Leave messages unconfirmed option in the Additional settings tab is selected, notifications are not sent from import.
- Successfully imported

Select this option to configure notifications for successfully created batches.
- Partially imported

Select this option to configure notifications for batches that have been created but there were some problems (for example, document conversion failed, bad link the referenced file, etc.).
- Not imported

Select this option to configure notifications for cases where no batch has been created (for example, if the batch name is invalid).
- Send message to originator

Select to enable notifications to the message originator.

Select this check box to enable notification messages to a fixed address. You must enter the address where the notifications should be sent.
- Attach original message

Select this check box to attach the original message (in EML format) to the notification mail.
- Message From

Enter the address that should be displayed as the originator of the notification message.
- Subject

Enter message subject. You can use the metadata of the original message in the text.
- Message text

Enter message text. You can use the metadata of the original message in the text.
- Fields

Doubleclick a field to insert it to either subject or message text.
