Activate licenses

Activate your production or development licenses if you did not do so during installation.

  1. Logon to the Tenant Management System.
  2. On the header bar of your Tenant Management System page, click Licensing > Activation.

    The License Activation page appears.

  3. On the Deployments list, select the deployment for which to activate the licenses.
  4. Enter the Server Name and Port Number for Primary Server and Backup Server.

    Activate the backup license server if the primary server is disabled.

  5. To update the license server, click Set Primary & Backup License Servers.

    You can update the location of the license server to use, as this may have changed after the installation.

  6. For Primary and Backup servers, under License Details select the type of activation:

    • Automatic: Click this option to activate the license automatically and enter the Serial Number and Product Code.

    • Manual: Click this option to activate the license manually and enter the Activation Code.

    The license server automatically generates the machine Id.

  7. Click Activate for primary server and backup server.

    If you have purchased additional users/volume licenses since the previous activation, the system updates the counts.
