Reactivate licenses

If you purchase additional station or volume licenses or reduce the number that you have, reactivate your licenses to see the updated numbers. These additional station and volume licenses are then available to the tenants. You can reactivate production and development licenses for a tenant and view the license details.

  1. Logon to the Tenant Management System.
  2. On the header bar of your Tenant Management System page, click Licensing > Statistics.

    The License Statistics page appears.

  3. On the Deployments list, select the deployment for which to view the license statistics.

    The information about the system, station, and volume license appears.

  4. Click Reactivate Licenses.
    The License Activation page appears. See Activate licenses.

    The system updates the license counts if you have purchased additional users/volume since the previous activation or reactivated an additional license type.

  5. Click Save.

    When you change the overall number of station or volume licenses that you own, then on reactivation, it shows the number of licenses that are currently in use. If you have more in use in comparison to the licenses you have, then the reactivation fails.
