Update a tenant

On the header bar of your
Tenant Management System page, from the list of tenants, click the tenant to modify.
The Update Tenant page displays the following tabs.

General: Displays the tenant details. The database server, storage account, and data center appear as read-only.
In the Database Connection group, the production connection string and database version fields appear as read-only. However, you can reuse the value of the connection string by copying, for example, to configure Insight Analytics Reporting.

Additional Environments: Displays the environments configured for a tenant. The following information about additional environments associated with the selected tenant is displayed: environment name, deployment name, database location, status, upgrade status, action status message (hyperlink). An option to delete an environment is also available.
You cannot delete an additional environment if it is associated with other environments. -
License Statistics: Displays the list of licenses associated with the environments used by the tenant with the following information: license name, serial number, product code. An option to reactivate the license is also displayed. You can allocate more or remove recurring imaging and transformation volume to a tenant.

- Click the relevant tab and make changes, as needed.

Save.
A message appears when the tenant is updated.

OK.
The system sends the email to the tenant’s email address that the subscription details are updated.
