About Tungsten ReadSoft Entrance
To know about your Tungsten ReadSoft Entrance software, each ReadSoft Invoices module has a "Help" in the main menu from which you can select "About ReadSoft Invoices" dialog box.
The following table lists all the information in the dialog box.
| Information | Description |

| Version | The version number of the installed ReadSoft Invoices software, such as 2025.1. |
| Build no. | The build number of the installed ReadSoft Invoices software. |
| Valid until | Indicates when the license expires, followed by the type of license.
Example: 15-Oct-2024 (TLS/T), where "TLS" denotes "Tungsten License Server", and "T" denotes a "term" license.
The "Valid until" date is only applicable for term licenses and not for perpetual or volume-based licenses.

| Capacity | Indicates the total number of
documents that can be processed.
Example: 1000 (TLS/P), where "P" denotes a "perpetual" license.
The "Capacity" information is only applicable for perpetual licenses and not for term licenses.

| Remaining capacity | Indicates the percentage of the license remaining. From the "System info" dialog box, you can also see how much available capacity is used. |
| License Status Report | Click to generate a license status report. |
| Extensions | Displays add-ons installed on your system. |
| System info | Displays information about your system. |
