Service packs

To obtain a service pack with the latest upgrade, download it from Tungsten Automation'es E-Fullfillment site. To access the Customer site, you need a user name and password, which you can get from your Tungsten Automation representative.

After you obtain a service pack, install it on the PC where Tungsten ReadSoft Entrance is installed. When the program is finished, Tungsten ReadSoft Entrance is upgraded.
