Manage tenants

You can create, update, delete, and upgrade tenants in the Tenant Management System. You can also view the deployments and associated environments for a tenant and manage various tenant actions.

On installing TotalAgility on-premise multi-tenancy, the Tenant Master database is created. The Tenant Master database contains information about all tenants that are registered through the Tenant Management System. The database also holds the TotalAgility data (processes, forms, jobs, and more) required to perform the business-process activities that the tenant defines.

The Tenant Management System allocates an on-premise SQL Server database for each tenant.

Before creating a tenant, you must have the following key information:

• The database server name.

• Tenant details, such as name, email address, and primary user information.

• The number of recurring imaging and transformation volume licenses to allocate for each tenant.

  • You can only use the tenant that can decrement the volume.
  • You cannot allocate reserve volume to a tenant.
