Edit trace logging configuration

You can modify the component logging level for a tenant; however, you cannot change the tenant or environment.

  1. On the header bar, click Trace Logging > Tenant Logging Settings.

    The Trace Logging Configuration page appears.

  2. Select the tenant, for which you want to modify the component logging level.

    The Update Tenant Logging Configuration dialog box appears.

    The Tenant and Environment lists are read-only.

  3. Change the logging level of each component as needed. To reset all logging levels, select Clear all. All logging levels are set to None.
    • If an entry for the tenant/environment name already exists, the following message appears: "Trace logging configuration has already been defined for this tenant/environment configuration. Do you want to replace the existing configuration with these new details?"
      • To update the existing database entry with these details, click Yes. On confirmation, the updated entry is displayed in the table.

      • To close the prompt and return to selecting the form fields, click No.

  4. Click Save. On confirmation, the new configuration overrides the existing one.

    If the new configuration does not reflect on the Trace Logging Configuration page, click Refresh.
