Manage tenants
Tenant Management System manages each tenant. Before adding a tenant you must have the following key information:

Tenant details, such as name, email address and primary user information.

The database server name, which is used by the data.
Important Generate the Tenant License key prior to setting up a tenant.
The Tenant Master, SQL Azure database contains the information about all the tenants that are registered through Tenant Management System.
Each tenant has their own data and is allotted a specific SQL Azure database. This database holds the TotalAgility data (processes, forms, jobs, and so on) required to perform the business process activities.
You can create multiple database servers; however the maximum capacity for each database server is 150 GB.
Note You must have login credentials of the SQL Azure server where you
want to create a tenant database and tenant user.
