Reactivate licenses

You can reactivate production and development licenses for a tenant and also view the license details.

  1. On the Tenant Management System page, click the tenant for which you want to view / reactivate the license information.

    The Update Tenant page appears displaying the tenant information.

  2. Edit the production / development license details such as Serial Number and Product Code, if needed.
  3. Click Reactivate to activate the development and / or production license.

    If any additional users/volume were purchased since the previous activation, the system updates their counts.

  4. To view the license details, expand Production License Details / Development License Details.

    The following details appear:

    • System licenses (Name | Expiration Date)

    • Station licenses (Name | Available | Maximum | Expiration Date)

    • Volume licenses (Name | Remaining | Full Count | Expiration Date | Renewal Date)

  5. Click Save.
