Create an entity instance

After creating an entity instance, define groups and attributes for the instance.

  1. On the Administration menu, click Entity Instances.

    The Entity Instances page appears.

  2. On the Category list, select a category.
  3. On the Entity list, select an entity for which to create instances.
  4. Click Create Creates an item.

    A new page appears that lets you add attributes for the selected entity.

  5. Specify the attributes to use and click Save.

    The Entity Instances page reappear with the newly added instance listed.
