File extensions tab
On the File extension tab of the Job configuration dialog box, use these settings to specify which file types are acceptable as invoices while configuring the Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices job to process email:
| File extensions | Description |
|---|---|
| Accepted extensions | Attachment file types that are accepted as valid image files (invoices). |
| Ignored extensions | Attachment file types that are not accepted as image files (invoices). |
| Use accepted extensions only | If selected, all file types that are not included on the accepted list are ignored. |
| Default | If clicked, a list of standard file types that are not accepted and ignored are added to the respective lists. |
| Clear accepted | Removes all items from the Accepted extensions list. |
| Clear ignored | Removes all items from the Ignored extensions list. |
