Configure OFD file as input source

You can configure ReadSoft Collector to process OFD files. You can also process the OFD files provided as email attachments.

Open ReadSoft Collector General settings dialog box.
Click the Input tab.
Click .
The 1.Select source type page is displayed.
Select OFD Files in the Type list.
In the Display name box, type a name that helps you remember what the input source configuration is used for. When the input source configuration is complete, what you enter here is displayed in the Display name column of the Input dialog box.
Add any additional relevant information in the Description box.
Click Next.
The OFD file input paths page is displayed.
Use the browse button to select the folder that will be used as the source directory for OFD invoice files. Paths to the folders for identified invoices, temporary invoices, and invoices with errors are added automatically as sub-folders to the source directory setting. Alternatively, you can manually type in the folder information or use the browse buttons individually.
Click Finish.

A pop-up window is displayed if there are no folders for identified invoices, temporary invoices, and invoices with errors. Click Yes, if you want to create a folder in the source directory.
