Delete log configuration

  1. Open ReadSoft Collector General settings dialog box.
  2. Click the Logging tab in the dialog box that is displayed.

    A list of log-file configurations is displayed. If there are no items in the list, it means that no log-file configurations have been specified.

  3. Select a log-file configuration, and then click .

    • This procedure does not delete the log file itself. Only the log-file configuration is deleted. However, no additional log information will be added to the corresponding log file. If you want to delete the log file, you must do it manually.

    • If you delete a log file manually but do not delete the corresponding log-file configuration as described above, the file will be recreated the next time a log is triggered.
