Configure PDF generation
Use the procedure in this topic to configure PDF generation. PDF generation includes a PDF version of the processed documents in the export zip file.
By default, there are two PDF profiles: compressed and uncompressed. You can add or modify additional PDF profiles as needed.
Before configuring PDF generation, we recommend that you complete the following steps.

Optional. Add additional PDF profiles. For more information, refer to the Tungsten TotalAgility Advanced Studio Help.
- From the ribbon, select Steps.
- Select the PDF Generation tab.

On the
PDF Generation tab, set
Enable to
Yes.
An additional setting is displayed.

Select a PDF generation profile from the list.
By default, the following profiles are available:

Compressed PDF
-
Uncompressed PDF
-

Save
your solution.
If your configuration has no errors, a green check is displayed next to PDF Generation in the list of steps. A red circle on the tab indicates the user operation configuration is incomplete.
The PDF generation activity is added to the DocAI Studio workflow.
