Add a Document conversion activity
Configure the Document conversion activity to convert file imports in the desired
format.
This activity is recommended only when using file import in a DocAI Studio solution.
Procedure

On the
Workflow tab, select
below the Start node or any other node.
The Add activity dialog box is displayed.

On the Type list, select Document
conversion
By default, "Document conversion" appears as the Title. You can modify the name as required.
- On the Input document/folder list, select a value from the list.
- On the Conversion profile list, select a document conversion profile.

Specify a State to be set when the workflow reaches the
document conversion step.
For example, when a document is converted, set the status as DOCUMENT CONVERTED.
You can use the same state twice for different activities within a process.
