Screen elements

Unified Client for Lexmark screens contain the following common elements:

• The user name or ID, depending on the configuration of the print management system.
• If there are notifications, such as completed scans or released print jobs, this notification icon appears:
• If there are notifications, such as a failed login or failed scan, or a missing field, this notification icon appears:

  Click the icon to view the notifications. You can select individual notifications and click to remove them. Or you can click Clear All to remove all notifications. When you end a session, all notifications are removed.

• If there are errors, such as failed logon attempt, an error icon appears:

  Click the icon to view the errors. You can select individual errors and click to remove them. Or you can click Clear All to remove all errors. When you end a session, all errors are removed.

• If an operation takes a moment to complete, a Please wait screen appears.
• When applicable, the user's account balance is displayed and updated.
