The service fails to respond to the component.	The following message is displayed when you upload HTML files: Completion event is missing. Check that documents have been uploaded correctly. When this occurs, you must manually check the uploaded files on the server.
AutoStore creates duplicate folders when saving files into a Google Shared Drive (Team Drive).	On the AutoStore server, add the following registry value, then restart the AutoStore service: Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\autostore\Parameters Value name: extendedSharedDrive (DWORD) Value: 1 This tells AutoStore to search for existing folders within the specific Shared Drive instead of more broadly, which resolves the duplication. It only affects Shared Drive destinations.
