Import Connector enhancements

The following are the enhancements to the Import Connector.

Import files from Amazon S3 Bucket

In earlier TotalAgility releases, file import was supported for Azure File Share, Azure Container, and Network share. TotalAgility 8.1.0 supports file import from Amazon S3 Bucket also.

Additional conversion engines

The following conversion engine parameters are added for EML, HTML, and MHT document conversions:

  • EMLConversionEngine
  • HTMLConversionEngine
  • MHTConversionEngine

New files/applications supported

  • RightFax 23.4
  • Acro form PDF files for conversion
  • Conversion of Visio file format (.vsdx)
  • Unicode names for PDF files

Other enhancements

  • You can activate or deactivate an import source using API.

  • PDF/A-2b is the default output PDF format in the document conversion profile.

  • A clear error message is provided in the log file when Message Connector cannot delete processed emails from the mailbox.

  • The MS Graph import source supports Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) High endpoints.

  • The "From" metadata is added to the File import source.

  • The order of documents extracted from the portfolio PDF can be changed to ascending or the order in which the documents are imported into the portfolio PDF.
