When you launch the help in offline mode for Transformation Designer, XDoc Browser, and Transformation Converter, following the instructions in the Tungsten TotalAgility Installation Guide, an error occurs.

Workaround: Instead of launching the offline help directly from the product, open it manually from the folder where you copied the help files.
