TotalAgility automatically manages the License Server IDs already used (in an on-premise multi-tenant environment) and stores them in the Data Center database. When each Additional deployment is installed, the License Server ID is automatically set to the next available number without the requirement to set it manually.

The TotalAgility installer supports Active Directory Managed Identity as a DB Authentication type for interactive and silent installations.

TotalAgility has several databases initially designed with multiple environments/schemas (such as Live, Dev1, and Dev2) in one database. The new Separate Tenant Environment Databases option available on the Tenant actions page in the Tenant Management System lets you separate TotalAgility databases with multiple environment schemas. This helps improve environment resilience and roll back individual environments without affecting every environment associated with that database.

The Tenant Management System in on-premise multi-tenant and Azure environments supports deployments running TotalAgility 8.1, 8.0, and 7.11.

The latest version of the Web Capture Service integrated with TotalAgility is 11.4.0.11.0.496 which is only compatible with TotalAgility 8.0.1, 7.11.0, and 7.10.0.
