Test auto-foldering for the selected root folder using one of the following methods:

• Right-click and select Auto-Foldering from the shortcut menu.

• Select Auto-Foldering from the Process tab on the Ribbon.

• Press F3.

Test extraction of folder fields for selected folders using one of the following methods:

• Right-click and select Extract from the shortcut menu.

• Select Extract Selected Folders from the Process tab on the Ribbon.

Test extraction of folder fields recursively for a selected root folder using one of the following methods:

• Right-click and select Extract from the shortcut menu.

• Select Extract All Folders from the Process tab on the Ribbon.

• Press Shift + F6.

Simulate the Kofax Transformation Toolkit - Server processing, except document separation, using one of the following methods:

• Right-click and select Process from the shortcut menu.

• Select Process Batch from the Ribbon.

• Press Shift + F7.

Change the class hierarchy by adding or deleting classes, or changing the class properties.

Change the folder hierarchy by adding or deleting folders, or changing the folder properties.

Add folder fields.

Perform auto-foldering and extract folder fields. You need script programming to define auto-foldering and folder field extraction.

Add additional documents to the Classification Set.

Add additional instructions or change instructions for a class.

Add additional fields or change the field properties for a class.

Add locators or change properties for locators for a class to improve your extraction results.

You can test the fields and locators and their settings. If you make changes to the training set, the project needs to be retrained:

• Select to train Extraction from the Process tab on the Ribbon.
