Export a set of shortcuts

If the settings defined for this project are similar to Document Review requirements in another project, you can export the shortcut keys and hot keys settings in an XML file.

Script code for custom menu commands are not included in the exported file, but their command name, shortcut keys, and hot keys are included.

You can export a set Document Review of shortcuts by following these steps:

  1. On the Project tab, in the Configuration group, select Project Settings Project Settings icon.
  2. Click the Document Review tab.

    The Document Review method settings are displayed.

  3. Click Shortcuts.

    The Customize Document Review Shortcut Keys and Hot Keys window is displayed.

  4. Click Export and select the shortcuts XML file.
  5. Save the XML file in the desired location and click Save.
  6. Click OK when the custom menus, shortcut keys, and hot keys are successfully exported.
  7. Click OK to save your results and close the window.
  8. Optionally, click OK to close the Project Settings window.
