Add a Trainable Evaluator subfield
To use the Trainable Evaluator, first add one or more subfields that find the best alternative from specified input locators.
You can add a subfield by following these steps:
- Open the locator properties.
-
Click
Add to create a new subfield.
A subfield is added to the list and the subfield Name is highlighted and editable.
- Enter a descriptive name for the new subfield into the Name field.
-
In the
Input Locator field, select a locator from the list.
The list of input locators includes only those locators that are above this Trainable Evaluator in the Project Tree Locators hierarchy. If the locator you want is not available in the list, move it above the Trainable Evaluator in the Project Tree using the context menu.
-
Optionally, in the
Micro Layout field, select a
setting to help with the extraction results.
The value for this setting is set to Table based. If you are unsure which value to choose, use the default value.
- Optionally, add, rearrange, or delete other subfields.
-
Optionally, click
Test to test the results of the evaluator.
When testing, you can choose what to test. To test the full capabilities of this evaluator, select Run All Dependent Locators and Evaluators used as input for <LocatorName>
from the list.
- When you are happy with the test results, train your project.
- Click Close to close the locator properties window.
- Save the changes to your project.
