Middle panel: Validate extracted data

The middle panel displays the index fields and data that Transact extracts from a document. The administrator configures these fields when setting up the batch class. Transact locates these fields and extracts data from the documents.

If some fields are highlighted in red during Validation, you must perform the corresponding actions with the field before validating the document. Index fields are highlighted in red if:

• The OCR confidence threshold for the field is not met

• The validation pattern is not satisfied
