Setting Annotation

Select Annotation to apply an imprinter text string to an electronic image. Before selecting Annotation, be sure to configure the Imprinter and Counter settings.

Annotations are permanent and cannot be removed from an image.

  1. On the Scan Settings tab, in the Imprinting & Annotation group, confirm that the Imprinter and Counter settings are configured.
  2. On the Scan Settings tab, in the Imprinting & Annotation group, click Annotation.
  3. Adjust other settings or start scanning.
