Column chooser
PSIsafe Web displays five columns by default: Tab, Created, Modified, File Size, and Manager.
Columns can display information from any assigned folder indexes for each cabinet. This capability is very useful in situations where you need something other than the Unique, Default, or Reference headers. You can view columns in both the Cabinets browser and the Search areas. Since Search can potentially display index information from different from the Cabinets browser, each using different index descriptions, you can specify which columns best suit your needs with the Column Chooser.
Available columns automatically appear in the column chooser listing. To activate column chooser, left-click on the "Columns" button in upper-right of the dashboard.
To select columns from the Columns, follow these steps:
- Click Columnsat the top of the document list toolbar.
- In the
Columns window, select the appropriate column options as needed. Click
Save.
The selected Columns will now appear in the sortable columns area on the right.

Document Index Columns available on the PSIsafe Web Search screen:
Document Indexes are customized in PSIsafe Desktop Management. Depending on the naming scheme used, and the corresponding Data Type of the field, each document index is displayed as a selection within the Document Index column when the corresponding template is selected during the search process.
