Download content to hard drive

To export content, you must have export rights that are assigned in PSIsafe Desktop Management.

  1. Go to any document list in PSIsafe Web through your browser that contains the content you wish to download.
  2. To download a document, either right-click the document or hover over the Down Arrow and clickDownload.

    This brings up the standard File Browser window for your operating system.

    Select the appropriate directory and click OK. If your browser supports automatic downloads and the download directory is configured, this will download a copy of the selected documents to the configured folder automatically, and a downloaded file will appear in the downloads section of your browser's interface.

    Multiple document download, or entire folder download is not currently available.
