Folder search
The folder search is designed to display search results based only on folders within PSIsafe Web, not the content within the folders.
To begin, select the preferred repository and cabinet. Once the Repository and Cabinet are selected, the two following search criteria become active: Folder System, and Folder Index, along with their corresponding criteria definitions.
Folder System criteria for folder search
Folder search criteria is based on two categories: the index values associated with the cabinet, and the folder's intrinsic metadata (when the folder was created or modified, folder status, and so on). The folder system search criteria include:
| Criteria Name | Description |
| Created by | The user who created the folder. |
| Created date | The date the folder was created. |
| Days back: created | The number of days back the folder was created. |
| Modified by | The last user to modify the folder. |
| Modified date | The last date the folder was modified. |
| Days back: modified | The number of days back the folder was modified. |
| Content Date | The date when the content of the folder last changed. |
| DBMS Key | Database Management System key - The primary key stored in the database table. |
| Status | The folder's status, which can vary from suspension to lock state or may be related to workflow. |
| Security class | The folder's security class as configured in PSIsafe Management. |
| Missing Documents | If the folder is missing documents, select this option to search based on an empty folder. |
Folder Index criteria for folder search
Folder index search criteria is based on the index values associated with the cabinet, which is configured in PSIsafe DesktopManagement in the Cabinet configuration area. These preconfigured folder indexes will be available as search criteria, and their unique Data Type will determine the search parameters.
