Attach a file as a comment

The mouse pointer now has a sparkling tip as you move it over the document window.
- Go to the page and place in your PDF document where you want to add the attachment icon and click.

In the
Open dialog box, browse for a file, then click
Open.
An attachment symbol appears in your document. The context-sensitive Attach File Tool tab appears.
Tip Double-click the symbol to open the attachment. - In the context-sensitive Attach File Tool tab, set Shape Style, Color and Opacity as preferred.
Attach a WAV sound file as a comment

- Go to the page and place in your PDF document where you want to add the attachment icon and click.

In the
Attach Sound dialog box, add the sound content via dictation or add an existing sound file.
Proceed with one of the following steps:
- Click
Browse, then select a sound file and open it.
Tip To check the file content, click Play (
).
- Click Record (
) to make a sound file from your dictation.
An audio attachment symbol appears in your document. The context-sensitive Attach Audio Tool tab appears.
Tip Double-click the symbol or select Play in its context menu to play the attachment. - Click
Browse, then select a sound file and open it.
- In the context-sensitive Attach Audio Tool tab, set Shape Style, Color and Opacity as preferred.
