How to access data
At Tungsten Automation, we are committed to giving you clear, practical access to data you generate and manage in RPA. This topic describes which data is available and how you can export it.
Database data
Use Data view to see database data for projects and to export data extracted by robots.
Logging data
Logs are stored in the log database. Use the Log view menu to view and manage logs.
The .NET API provides logging data, primarily for troubleshooting. Refer to the .NET chapter in the Tungsten RPA Developer's Guide.

Management Console data
On-premises and cloud customers can perform an export at any time. The exported files are provided in a readable XML format.
Use the Backups page in the Management Console to copy all or part of the Management Console configuration into a file to export data. Also, an export by project name can be useful if you have a project that uses APIs.
