Update robot access

Update robot access entries to apply new and modified data. For example, when you modify target systems, OAuth clients, and secrets, the robot access entries must be updated.

The update action only refreshes access for Robots.

Navigate to Repository > Vault > Robot access to view entries.

If any entries are invalid, they appear in red. Common scenarios for invalid entries and possible reasons:

  • Robot not found (folder location changed)

  • Robot has changed

  • Missing dependency for robot (such as snippets)

  • Robot updated after access was granted (access token not current)

From the corresponding entry in the Robot access window, click the context menu and select Update to latest.

If a newer robot version is available or data for the access has changed, the Robot access entry is updated.

In some cases, you may need to make other updates to resolve an invalid entry.
