Service providers
In the OAuth terminology, a service provider hosts the web service. Documentation on the APIs of each service provider is available on their respective websites.
Consider the following limitations:
-
Some service providers configure preset lifetime timeouts. For example, Box configures a one-hour timeout.
-
Limited functionality is available when using Basic Engine Robots with OAuth.
The following service providers are supported for creating applications for authentication:
-
Box
Box limits the lifetime timeout to one hour. Also, this service provider should only be used for Robots, not for Basic Engine Robots.
