Log in to Management Console

Using your credentials, log in to the Management Console.

The initial log in window varies depending on the authentication method that your administrator has configured. See Users & groups.

For administrators who want to configure the log in, refer to "Advanced configuration" in the RPA Administrator's Guide.

Log in with internal identity provider

When the RPA Management Console log in is implemented without customization for external identity providers, log in using the following procedure.

  1. Open the Management Console application. (See Start Management Console.)

    The RPA Management Console log in window appears.

  2. Enter your username and password.

  3. Click Log in.

    The Welcome screen for Management Console appears.

Log in with external identify provider

If the administrator has customized the Management Console configuration with external identity providers, such as SAML SSO authentication, log in to the Management Console using the following procedure.

  1. Open the Management Console application. (See Start Management Console.)

    The RPA Management Console login with SSO window appears.

  2. Click Log in with SSO.

    The authorization window appears.

  3. Enter your username and password.

    The Welcome screen for Management Console appears.
