DocAI Studio menu

The menu in DocAI Studio is visible for all license tier users. However, for Standard tier users, several items replicate similar functionality to that is available to Advanced and Enterprise tier users via Advanced Studio.

The following settings are available in the DocAI Studio menu.

Return to the DocAI Studio home page.

New solution

Create a new DocAI solution.

Displays the Documents page, where you can create a new DocAI solution.

Manage solutions

View and manage existing DocAI solutions.

Displays the DocAI solutions page, where you can manage your DocAI solutions.

Workspace

Launch the TotalAgility Workspace dashboard in a new browser tab. The Workspace enables you to:

  • View list of DocAI Studio Apps and create new jobs for DocAI solutions.

  • View work queue and take and complete activities.

  • Show list of jobs and view job properties page.

  • See dashboard of statistics: Document/page count, jobs processed, number of activities. Use tile controls.

  • Administration to:

    • Manage users.

    • View volume usage.

  • Header form (no profile icon.)

Settings

Displays a submenu of settings to configure the following:

Azure Blob Storage:

Configure Azure storage for import.

Categories:

Configure the categories and corresponding access.

General settings:

The following cards are available to configure additional general settings.

Email server (SMTP): Configure your email server.

License: Reactivate your license after purchasing additional volume or upgrading to an advanced or enterprise tier.

System sessions

User sessions: Configure user sessions.

User behavior

Capture operations: Configure which resources can perform user operations.

Field formatters:

Configure formatting settings for dates, amounts, and percentages. You can also use business rules that were created in Tungsten TotalAgility Advanced Studio.

Field validators:

Configure regular expression or date field validation.

Separation profiles:

Configure separation profiles that can be used by solutions.

PDF generation profiles:

Configure PDF profiles that can be used by solutions.

Scan/VRS profiles:

Configure scan or VRS profiles that can be used to import documents for your solution.

Import settings:

Configure import settings to import documents for a solution. This setting is available only when Tungsten TotalAgility is deployed on-premise.

Error codes:

Manage a library of error codes for use in DocAI solutions. Any error codes added here are also available in Tungsten TotalAgility Advanced Studio and vice versa. Use these error messages in business rules as outputs.

Import

Import packages so they are available to extend a DocAI solution. These packages can include:

  • PDF generation profiles to configure the PDF generation step.

  • Separation profiles for the Scan/File upload import channel.

  • Formatters for field configuration in extraction.

  • Business processes for sub-process activities.

  • Business rules for business rule activities.

  • Custom services for custom service activities.

  • Resources and groups for solution access and activity assignment.

  • Images for the application icon.
