Use Download for export

Use the procedure in this topic to configure the Download export channel. When you select Download, processed documents and extracted data are exported as a ZIP file that can be downloaded by assigned users or groups.

Before you begin

Before configuring the Download export channel, we recommend that you complete the following steps:

Procedure

From the ribbon, select  Steps.
Select the Export tab.
From the Export channel list, select Download.

Configure the following setting.

Select the users or groups who can download the exported ZIP file.

Do either of the following:

Action	Description
To create a new resource, click Create new.	In the New group window, enter the name for the group. Click Add to add group members. The Add group members window is displayed. Add individuals or groups and click Done. Click Save.
To add an existing resource, click Add.	In the Add reviewers window, add groups or individuals. Click Done.

A green check appears next to Export to indicate that it is activated and configured with no errors. A red circle indicates the configuration is incomplete.

The document export activity is added to the DocAI Studio workflow.

Once export is configured, Save  your solution.
