Configure trainable separation

Use the procedures in this topic to configure trainable separation.

By default, trainable separation is disabled for all solutions.

Enable trainable separation

Use this procedure to enable trainable separation.

Trainable separation works alongside layout and content classification, using the same training documents. You cannot test trainable separation unless one of layout or content classification is enabled, and training documents are available for your document types.

Procedure

Select the  Settings menu on the ribbon.
Select Processing.
Set Enable Trainable Separation to Yes.
Optional. Save  your solution.

Disable trainable separation

Use this procedure to disable trainable separation.

Procedure

Select the  Settings menu on the ribbon.
Select Processing.
In the Separation group, set Enable Trainable Separation to No.
Save  your solution.
