Edit a service plan
Edit an existing customer service plan in Admin Center.
To edit a service plan, you must have administrator privileges.
- Navigate to the Account view for the customer.
- Select Edit in the Service plan settings.

Use the view that appears to change the
service plan settings. You cannot revert a Live account to a Demo or Trial
account.
Usage settings help you manage accounts but do not enforce the limits you specify, even if notifications are enabled. For example, if an account processes more invoices than the maximum number specified in the Volume setting, the account is not disabled. The account administrator must negotiate a new agreement and adjust the settings accordingly.
- Select Save.
