Activate customers

Use this procedure to activate customers after adding them to the system.

After you add a new customer, you must activate the customer, so users can log in and use the system.

  1. Navigate to the customer you want to activate.
  2. Select the customer and select Activate.

    An email notification is sent to each customer user.
