Uploading files to storage
Sometimes you might want to use the Storage service to store files or documents that you do not want to process or attach to a specific document. For example, if you have a contract that applies to one or all of your suppliers, there is no need to attach the contract to every invoice you process. Instead, you can upload the contract to storage by itself, so it is always available for reference.
To upload a file to storage without attaching it to en existing document:
- Navigate to the Files view.
- Select Upload file and use the dialog that appears to select the file you want to upload.

Specify a Buyer and a Description in the Upload file dialog. After you select
OK, the file is uploaded to storage.
For security reasons, you can only upload files with these extensions:
