Create a group of questions

You can create a group of questions and add all of the questions that belong together to this group. You can also make this group appear conditionally.

  1. Navigate to Content > Forms.
  2. Click the Form to which you want to add a group and click Edit in the View and Edit pane on the right.

    The Form Editor opens.

  3. Click the Form.
  4. On the toolbar on the left, click the plus icon and click Group.

    The Group window appears.

  5. Enter a title for the group. You can also insert a Field from the Fields list if it is already in the Data Backbone. To do so, click Fields and select a certain Field.
    • In the Include group section, select Group is not always included if you want the group to be included on certain conditions.

    • You can also choose to make the group expandable or shown based on conditions related to the questions asked previously in the Form. Select either Group is expandable or Group is shown conditionally.

  6. Click OK.

    The group of Forms appears in the window.
